IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE
Use a scheduled review as the trigger
Your CRM or customer success platform supplies the renewal date. Queue company and people lookups early enough for asynchronous completion and store task IDs with the review record. Use returned freshness timestamps to show when the profile was enriched; this workflow is a point-in-time review, not a real-time job-change monitoring service.
Verify stakeholder changes in conversation
Compare current professional positions with known account relationships and note differences for the account manager to check. A returned title or employer can inform a question, but it does not prove that a stakeholder has left the buying group or that the contract is at risk. Preserve confirmed relationship notes until your team verifies a change.
Keep renewal evidence first-party
Include your contract scope, renewal timing, adoption, agreed outcomes, and support history alongside company context. Those records establish the renewal conversation. Enrichment does not reveal spend, product satisfaction, or churn probability. Let the account team review the brief before making outreach or commercial decisions.
Connect the workflow
Use the API overview for request and task handling, or the Loop guide for webhook delivery.

Does enrichment predict whether a customer will renew?
No. Company and people data add business context. Assess renewal health from your own adoption, contract, customer outcomes, and relationship evidence.
Does this provide real-time stakeholder change alerts?
This workflow requests profiles when your own renewal-review process runs. It does not provide continuous job-change monitoring or real-time change alerts.
