One successful company enrichment is one credit. A person lookup by LinkedIn profile URL is one credit, and a reverse email lookup is three. Failed lookups, no-match results, and ambiguous email matches are refunded automatically, so you are never charged for them.
No. Looking up the same domain again inside the 14-day freshness window costs no credit. If three people from one company sign up in the same week, you pay one credit.
