IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE
Prepare ahead of the call
Trigger your workflow when the meeting is booked, rather than when the rep opens the brief. Company and people enrichment are asynchronous. Store each task ID with the meeting or CRM record and assemble the brief when the results arrive. Keep existing CRM notes available even when a lookup is incomplete.
Separate facts from questions
Show company industry, size, headquarters, and each known attendee’s current professional role as facts. Put suggested discovery questions in a separate part of the brief. A company’s description can help a rep frame questions; it does not prove that the business has a particular need or purchasing timeline.
Keep the brief compact
Use only the fields that help the conversation, together with relevant account history from your CRM. Include enrichment timestamps where the rep needs to judge freshness. Your calendar and CRM provide meeting triggers and internal history; EnrichLoops supplies external business context.
Connect the workflow
Use the API overview for request and task handling, or the Loop guide for webhook delivery.

Does EnrichLoops connect to my calendar?
This guide describes a workflow you build around your calendar or CRM. EnrichLoops enriches the company and person identifiers that your workflow submits.
Can I enrich every meeting attendee?
You can request a separate people lookup for each attendee whose work email or LinkedIn profile URL you already have. Profile matches and field availability vary.
