IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE
Keep professional and buying roles separate
Use returned positions marked current to show a contact’s title and employer. Maintain a separate CRM field for buying roles such as champion, evaluator, or budget owner. A senior title does not prove purchasing authority; record those roles only when your team confirms them through the opportunity.
Review coverage without inventing contacts
Group the known contacts by functions your team understands, with a review path for unfamiliar titles. Compare that map with the functions normally involved in your sales process. A missing technical stakeholder means your rep has a question to ask; it does not mean enrichment can discover or supply that person’s email.
Tie each profile to the correct opportunity
Store the enrichment task ID with the CRM contact ID and apply results after completion. Check employer matches before attaching a profile to an account, particularly for consultants with multiple current positions. Preserve sales notes and confirmed buying roles when refreshing professional details.
Connect the workflow
Use the API overview for request and task handling, or the Loop guide for webhook delivery.

Can EnrichLoops find the missing decision maker?
People enrichment enriches contacts whose work email or LinkedIn profile URL you already have. Your team sources additional stakeholders through its own relationships and sales process.
Does a job title confirm someone’s buying role?
No. A title gives professional context. Confirm authority, influence, and involvement through conversations and keep those facts in your CRM.
